Job Description:
- The Human Resource (HR) Service Specialist II provides guidance for general to moderate human resources questions and executes human resources transactions related to benefits entry and other employee inquiries.
- The position is also responsible for determining case escalation to one of the Centers of Excellence.
- This position will use a case management system to retrieve, create, document and track customer requests.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to internal customers and business unit partners
- Prepares and processes information requests and ensures the timely execution of transactions that impact tthe department such as benefits, payroll, recruiting, legal, and compensation
- Receives, creates, tracks and identifies trends in customer requests and satisfaction in case management system, escalating patterns to department manager
- Answers inbound and places outbound calls to employees and leaders to provide a timely resolutions to their inquiry
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 2+ years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
